House Rules

This apartment is promoted on a number of platforms, and the policies and rules provided by whichever platform you booked through will supercede the rules listed here in.

Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

Where there is evidence of smoking in the room, an additional cleaning fee will be charged at 50% of the cost of a single night’s stay.

For the comfort of other guests, smoking is not allowed on the verandah.

While we do have housekeepers to thoroughly clean rooms after each guest departs, we would ask you to assist in this process by observing a reasonable level of cleanliness.

Please rinse any dishes you use.

Please immediately clean up any spills to avoid permanent damage to floors.

Please be respectful of other guests nearby and keep noise to a minimum in the late evening and during the night.
